Browsing Data

The IT systems and software procedures responsible for the functioning of this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These data include:

  • IP addresses or domain names of the computers or terminals used by users;
  • URI/URL addresses of the requested resources;
  • Time of the request;
  • Method used for submitting the request to the server;
  • Size of the file obtained in response;
  • Numeric code indicating the server response status (successful, error, etc.);
  • Other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.

These data, necessary for the use of the web services, are processed for the purpose of checking the correct functioning of the offered services.

Data provided by the User

Optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to contact addresses of the Controller, as well as filling in and submitting the forms on the site, involves acquiring the contact data of the sender (necessary to respond), as well as all personal data included in the communications.

Submission of a CV in the “Work with Us” section is for the purpose of evaluating the application. The CV will not be disclosed to third parties and will be stored only if the selection process is successful; otherwise it will be deleted.

Data collected in the different fillable fields will be processed exclusively for the purpose for which they were provided and stored for a period limited in accordance with legal provisions.

Newsletter subscription requires the explicit consent of the data subject, which can be given by entering one’s email address in the appropriate field. Contact data will be used and stored until consent is revoked. It is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via simplified procedures included in the email or by contacting the Controller.

Rights of Data Subjects

Right to Complain
